We should expect a solid variety of beer on tap. Sometimes I have an IPA moment, other times I have a Lager moment, while most of the time I have a Saison moment. When I visit a brewery, I expect to see beers that match the season (e.g., stouts during winter), specialty beers, and “go-to” beer types that match any and all moods I am in.
