There all kinds of ways to drink the myriad styles, brands, and versions of beer -- in moderation, definitely with laughter, and quite often with second rounds, or at the very least, tasters. "So many beers, so little time!"

Well, Dear Readers, it's been awhile. Our last post was October 2024. Between then and now, a lot has happened. Which could be an understatement.
Great Expectations
We should expect a solid variety of beer on tap. Sometimes I have an IPA moment, other times I have a Lager moment, while most of the time I have a Saison moment. When I visit a brewery, I expect to see beers that match the season (e.g., stouts during winter), specialty beers, and “go-to” beer types that match any and all moods I am in.
